Question 18.

What has been the most difficult thing you have had to forgive?

That's a tough one because I've never really had any confrontation with anyone, so nothing sticks out.

There are lots of things that people do that I could easily hold a grudge for and sometimes choosing to forgive them or think better of them without first telling them how much they've hurt me is difficult. It's easy to forgive people when you've made them feel bad for it first, but real forgiveness is choosing to believe the best of them first and forgiving them regardless of their sorriness.
The key is to remember that Jesus forgave us by dieing for us when we were at our worst, and that includes the person that has hurt you.
What right do we have to hold a grudge?
